    Vintage sheet of Walco brand decoupage paper in a floral pattern- sheet has 16 detachable sections measuring 2 1/4" x 3 1/4" in a floral pattern that includes roses, pansies, crocus, mums and dogwood - (entire sheet measures 9" x 13") - made in Germany - used to make beautiful ornaments such as polystryrene balls, eggs or other smooth forms .  They have a glued backing.  Can be used as stickers. Style # 1P Instructions on back of package  . old store stock, new merchandise
