Hand Trucks and Casters, Inc. will make exchanges or refunds under the following conditions.
If we make an error on your order we will pay the return shipping and refund the full amount of your order plus the cost of your return shipping or replace the item and pay all the associated costs.
If you decide that you did not purchase the correct product, made a mistake or no longer want an item we will authorize a return at buyer's expense. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price and up to a 25% restock fee may apply.
No Refunds on Ramps, Walk Ramps, Dock Plates, Curb Ramps, Slider Ramps or any Special Orders for buyer's remorse. We will not issue a refund if the item has visible customer caused damage or shows signs of use.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in original condition (not used, not installed, and not damaged with all original packaging material included).
