One model 36-5753) has a traditional smooth edge on each blade. The other, model 36-5753Z has one blade possessing fine serrations to enhance "grip" while cutting tissues. Both are in excellent pre-owned condition. They are not sterile but can be sterilized by conventional means prior to use. They are likely to provide years of reliable use.
