The cleaning machine was refurbished in 2004 when a new engine was installed and again in 2019 by Jon Don in Atlanta.

    Description

    I have had this Prochem Performer 405 cleaning truck mount and this Ford E-250 van since 2004. I have changed the oil and have done regular maintenance on both on a regular basis. The van has been garage kept the entire time. The last several years this unit has been my backup and has not seen as much use. The Performer 405 has a 45 horsepower Nissan 4 cylinder engine powering the Sutorbilt vacuum pump and the Cat water pump. The heat is generated by a three stage heat exchanger and gets up to over 200 degrees for excellent cleaning capabilities. The vacuum and water pressure are exceptional. The unit has a chemical injection system to input your cleaning chemicals right into your cleaning wand. A vacuum hose reel and a solution hose reel are included with 200 feet of hose apiece as well as a carpet cleaning wand and a tile and grout cleaning tool. Also a 50 foot water hose is included and a three tiered chemical shelf.
