    Gonzalez FOF clarinet reeds were designed for the clarinetist looking for a darker, richer tone. Using an “American”, unfiled cut, Gonzalez FOF clarinet reeds are made from a 3.6mm blank of cane that is then cut down to a thick blank 3.16 mm thickness. This makes it so that the reed is cut from a denser part of the cane yielding a more vibrant overall performance.
